• This return policy is only applicable to item(s) delivered across Malaysia.
• This return policy is only effective if you return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Any shipping fee required for the return will be at your own cost.
• Return is only applicable for items that were received with physical damage, wrong product(s) or incomplete product.
• Inspection will be carried out to ensure all item(s) are in their original condition before any confirmation on your return. It will usually takes 3 to 7 working days to process your request before we could confirm, process and ship out the replacement / exchanged item(s) to you.
• Return is only applicable for item(s) purchased via our online store and delivered in Malaysia. However, return is not allowed for prescription glasses.
• Each customer can only make a one-time product(s) exchange per transaction.
• Strictly no exchange / return after 14-days upon receiving your parcel.
• Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned item(s) except for out of stock and mis-shipment. Return parcel for out of stock and mis-shipment will be borne by Focus Point & tracking number has to be inform to our customer service.
• Our contact lenses shelf life is 12 months and above.
• In any event if there is any defect item(s) for orders delivered within Malaysia, inspection will be carried out prior to any confirmation of replacement /exchange. Upon confirmation given, any shipping fee incurred for shipping out the replacement / exchange item(s), will be bear by the Company.
• Strictly no exchange allowed for orders delivered outside of Malaysia.
• Focus Point is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, VAT, duties or any other fees applied by the customs service in your country.
• We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the conditions.
• Refund would only be done as store credit with an expiry of 1 year from date of purchase.
• We are not liable for shipping lost and Focus Point has full discretion to replace or decline in any circumstances. Please take note that we would only start processing any replacement after receiving the goods.
• Discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

• Focus Point is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, brokerages fees or any other fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment for clearance into the country.
• STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
• Any additional cost, such as Duty/Tax due to return or reject parcel(s) will be beared by customers.
