Bringing Vision to Life: Focus Point and Rohto Eye Care Join Hands for “Joy of Seeing 2025”
At the heart of every community is the power to uplift, support, and care, that spirit was fully alive during our recent outreach at SK Telok Gong, Klang.
On April 17 & 18, 2025, the "Sending Love & Care: Joy of Seeing 2025" initiative came to life with a clear, focused mission: to ensure no child is held back by undetected vision problems. Driven by our alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 3 – Good Health and Well-Being, this program reflects Focus Point’s ongoing commitment to advancing equitable healthcare, especially among underserved populations.
Through a meaningful partnership led by Rohto Eye Care, more than 700 B40 students received comprehensive eye screenings, a simple yet powerful step toward improving their quality of life and academic potential.
We discovered that 69 children were in need of vision correction—and thanks to the dedication of our partners and team members, these children are now on the path to clearer vision and brighter futures.
A Shared Vision, Made Possible Together
This initiative was never just about eyesight—it was a collective act of compassion, anchored in purpose and powered by partnership.
At the forefront stood the Caring Hearts Charity Foundation, the CSR arm of Focus Point. With heart and hands in motion, the Foundation led efforts to mobilize resources, volunteers, and care, turning our vision into tangible action that echoes our commitment to SDG 3.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our steadfast partner, Rohto Eye Care, whose shared values and unwavering support brought this mission to life. Your role went beyond sponsorship—you helped create lasting impact where it was needed most. To the PINTAR Foundation, thank you for your thoughtful coordination and seamless execution. Your commitment ensured that every child was treated with dignity, and every detail handled with purpose. Our deepest appreciation also goes to OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, whose expertise in vision care enabled us to go beyond screenings—to deliver meaningful, lasting solutions.
